When inserting the battery, ensure that
6
the contacts at the device and the bat-
tery itself are dry. Insert the charged
battery into the device as shown into
place. When doing this, ensure that
the protective covering is not dam-
aged and seals off the battery all
round.
Install the "4 in 1 nozzle" (I) as shown in
7
the illustration. Do up the connection
with the union ring (H) finger-tight.
-
If using the extension (F), install
8
9
this part first. Then install the "4 in
1 nozzle" (I) as shown in the illus-
tration. Do up the connections
with the union ring (E) and the
union ring (H) finger-tight.
Make sure that the surface to be cleaned
is free from debris such as stones, screws
etc., which could be flung up.
7.2 Water supply from a water tap
Connect to the water supply as described in
section 4 "Technical data". Observe the basic
safety instructions in chapter 2.1.
Connect the coupling of the supplied
10
intake hose (O) to the device.
Now connect a hose to the water supply
and turn the tap on fully.
7.3 Water supply from open
containers
Instead connecting to a tap, the device can
also be supplied with water from open con-
tainers such as rainwater barrels, buckets,
ponds, etc.
Note the maximum suction head stated in
section 4 "Technical data". The suction time
increases as the suction head increases.
Connect the coupling of the supplied intake
hose (O) to the device.
Install at the other end of the hose the
11
inlet filter (N) to the coupling.
ATTENTION
Damage to the device due to dry running
If the device does not produce any pres-
sure within max. 2 minutes, this may
cause damage to the device. Switch the
device off immediately and follow the
instructions given in section 10 "Problems
with the device
7.4 Water supply from PET
container
-
You can also operate the device
12
13
from a PET bottle filled with
water. This enables you to be completely
flexible in the use of the device and inde-
pendent of fixed water supplies.
CAUTION
PET bottle not use for plant protection
products!
7.5 Operation

(depending on the operating mode that
was selected). Always hold the device firm-
ly with both hands.
Switch the device on and set the optimum
14
spray pressure for the application at the
operating mode button (K).
= 2.5 bar
spray
= 15 bar
eco
