MAINTENANCE
LUBRICATE / CHECK
Every three months, you need to add a small amount of white grease or lubricant to the folding
parts of your Moovi to insure a long lasting usage. Every three months (or when needed), you need
to check the scooter to see, if any screws are loose. If loose, please tighten.
BATTERY
If not used for a long time, please charge the battery once every three months to maintain
the full power capacity.
PLACE AND DAILY CARE
Please do not put the scooter under the hot sun, in the rain or other serious damp places for a long
time. Please keep the scooter clean.
SOLUTION TO THE GENERAL PROBLEMS
When the product has problems, please refer to the following ways to solve.
Blank screen
The reason: The Moovi may have been exposed to the sun for too long.
Solution: Place the Moovi in the shadow for a period of time. Allow to cool down.
The function should return to normal condition after cooling down.
The displayed value does not match the actual value, the display is dim, the display is missing:
The reason: Parameter lost.
Solution: Contact your local dealer or the Moovi support team.
Unable to start or accelerate:
The reason: 1. The power is not turned on.
2. Electronic brake got stucked.
Solution: 1. Turn on the power.
2. Turn off the power and restart, and check whether the left thumb brake is in place,
and check the brake's position.
