3.2 Flow Charts — at 60 hz. (see Figure 1)

4.0 INSTALLATION

Install the pump to ensure that air flow around the motor and
pump is unobstructed. Keep the motor clean to ensure maximum
cooling during operation.
4.1 Valve Mounting (Figure 2)
1. Remove the plate.
2. Put O-rings and back-ups on the connector.
3. Attach the gasket, connector assembly, and valve assembly to
the pump. Do not damage the O-rings while installing the
connector.
4.2 Pump Mounting
Four M12 x 1.75 threaded pads are provided for mounting the
pump to a fixed surface. Refer to Figure 3 for mounting
dimensions.

4.3 Electrical Connections
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS SHOULD BE MADE ONLY BY A
QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN, ADHERING TO ALL APPLICABLE
LOCAL AND NATIONAL CODES.
1. Make sure that all power has been turned off.
2. The disconnect and line circuit protection to be provided by
customer. Line circuit protection to be 115% of motor full load
current.
3. For more information, refer to pump name plate, motor name
plate, and electrical schematic attached to the inside of the
electrical enclosure (if applicable).
4.4 Accessories
The heat exchanger, pressure switch, pendant, solenoids (A) and
(B) are supplied with connectors that plug into the proper plug-ins
found on the electrical enclosure (Figure 4). The foot switch plugs
into the pendant receptacle.
4.5 Breather Cap (See Figure 5)
For shipping purposes, a plug (A) is installed in the fill port on the
top of the reservoir. Replace the shipping plug with the breather
cap (B).
