Keep pressing the button until the
desired temperature lamp illuminates.

Temperature lamps
The figures next to the green lights
indicate refrigerator compartment
temperatures in ºC". The illuminated
light indicates the set temperature.
The light flashes until the set
temperature has been reached.
Note: If a colder temperature is set
in the refrigerator compartment, the
temperature in the freezer
compartment will also be colder.

fast freeze" button
Used for switching fast freeze" on
and off. When fast freeze" is on, the
yellow light illuminates.
Fast freeze" freezes large quantities
of fresh food and, depending on the
quantity, should be switched on up
24 hours before the fresh food is in
the freezer compartment.
The freezer compartment drops to
a very low temperature. After approx.
2 ½ days the appliance automatically
switches back to the temperature
previously set in the refrigerator
compartment.
Warning! During fast freezing" the
temperature in the refrigerator
compartment may also drop.
Note ambient
temperature and
ventilation
The climatic class can be found on the
rating plate. It specifies the ambient
temperatures at which the appliance may
be operated.

Note:
At ambient temperatures below + 20 ºC
and during fast freezing" the interior light
may glow at a reduced luminosity when
the door is almost closed (or light switch
pressed). This is quite normal and can be
ignored.
Ventilation
The air at the back of the appliance will
heat up. This warm air must be allowed to
freely escape, otherwise the refrigerating
machine must perform more. This raises
electricity consumption. Hence, the
air inlet and outlet apertures should never
be covered or blocked off!
