When the LCD Display shows standard mode, press the Up Button to switch between 12-hour
mode and 24-hour mode.

7.4. CENTIGRADE/FAHRENHEIT MODE SWITCH

When the current time is displayed, press the Down Button once to switch between Centigrade
mode and Fahrenheit mode.
7.5. TIME ANNOUNCEMENT
When the current time displays on the LCD Display, press the Time Announcement Button
once to hear the current time being announced.
7.6. NATURAL SOUNDS
7.6.1. When the current time displays on the LCD Display, press the Time Button once to
choose natural sound duration from10-60 minutes.
7.6.2. Press the Time Announcement Button for about 3 seconds to start the countdown and
play the natural sounds to help you fall asleep. Once time has counted down to 0, the sounds
will stop.
