Before calling, always have
the 7-digit product number with appliance/model name,
e.g. 69 65 009 and the date of production, e.g. 2019-05,
(you may find these information on the type label of the appliance.) or the 7-digit
spare part number at hand.
Attention!
Repairs and maintenance shall be carried out only by trained
specialists (e.g. an authorized Fakir service center). Use genui-
ne Fakir replacement parts for these purposes. Appliances that
are repaired by unauthorized persons or that are not maintai-
ned properly pose a risk for the user.
