Proceed with the following checks before calling the Technical Service:
Problem
The kitchen hood does not
work.

The active charcoal filters have an active life of between three to six months, depending on
the individual conditions of use. These filters cannot be washed nor regenerated. They must be
replaced once their useful life comes to an end.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes and corrections to its products as it deems
necessary, without altering their basic characteristics.
Energy saving tips
This extractor hood works very efficiently and energy-
saving. The following measures help you with an energy-
efficient use:
- Ensure a good ventilation in the kitchen when cooking.
If there is insufficient air in the extraction mode, the
hood does not work efficiently and it leads to increased
operating noises.
- Cook with the smallest cooking level possible. Little
steam means being able to use a low speed in the
hood and therefore, less energy consumption
- Check the selected extractor speed. Usually a low
speed is enough. Use the intensive speed only when
necessary.
- In case many vapours are generated when cooking,
set the hood at a high speed as soon as possible.
This is more efficient than trying to absorb the fumes
already distributed in the kitchen through an elongated
working period of the cooker hood.
- Ensure to switch off the extractor hood after cooking.
- Clean or replace the filters at regular intervals. Highly
contaminated filters reduce the performance, increase
the risk of fire and mean a hygienic risk.
