Plug the product's power cord into a mains socket.
Switch on the fryer using the switch marked the "ON/OFF or I/O". The switch should be switched to the "ON" or "I" position. The
product will start up, which will be signalled by the "POWER" indicator light - power supply.
Turn the knob to set the target temperature of fat, heating will start, which will be signalled by the "HEAT" indicator light - heating.
After reaching the set temperature, the "HEAT" indicator light dim.The product will automatically maintain the temperature set until
power supply is switched off . Each time the heater is switched on, the control light indicated as "HEAT" lights up.
Frequency of heater power-up is determined by the temperature set and ambient temperature. The higher temperature set and
lower ambient temperature, the more frequent a heater is switched on.
Put the fries into the basket. Uncover the lid and dip the basket in the chamber with hot fat. When dipping, be careful as the heated
fat may splash out when in contact with moisture.
All fries in the basket should stay under the surface of fat. Cover the chamber with the lid (IV). The lid has a notch for the basket
handle.
After the frying of food products is complete, turn the fryer off with the switch, turn the temperature control knob to OFF position,
then carefully raise the fryer lid and lift the basket using the handle. The basket can be hanged over the oil surface (V), which will
allow the excess oil to fall. Then pour the food products into a separate container.
Unplug the power cord from the mains socket and leave the uncovered fryer chamber to cool down the oil.
Proceed with the maintenance.
Note! Some products may have a drip tray. The drip tray should be mounted on the side edge of the fryer (VI). This will allow
getting rid of excess fat from food products. The fat will fall down into the fryer chamber.
The product has a protection against overheating. If the product turns off the heater automatically, this triggers the protection. In
such case, the power supply control light will light up, but in spite of a temperature set by using the knob, the heater fails to start.
Wait till the heater cools down, then press the "RESET" button and the product should restart normal operation. "RESET" button
is protected against incidental pressing by a cover which should be dismounted using the screwdriver. After using the button it
should be protected again by means of a cover.
Note! If the temperature protection device trips, switching off the product and restarting the product will fail to restart normal op-
eration. For the time of cooling down of heater, the product may be switched off , but after the repeated power-up, fi rst press the
"RESET" button so that normal operation may be restarted.
Product maintenance
NOTE! All maintenance operations to be carried out with the power supply off . To this end, remove the plug of the power cord
from mains socket.
Make sure that the oil in the fryer chamber has cooled down. Under the tap place a vessel with a capacity that allows to accommo-
date the whole oil collected in the fryer chamber. Open the tap by lifting the lever and then turning it in counter-clockwise direction.
After the whole oil has drained, move the control panel, which will lift the heater, which should be cleaned of fat using a soft cloth
or paper towel.
The inside of the chamber and other parts of the product should be cleaned by means of a cloth or sponge soaked with water
solution of mild detergent for washing dishes. After cleaning of product wipe it dry.
The inside of the chamber should be cleaned at every oil change, waiting until the oil has cooled down completely. If food remains
or other impurities are observed during the use, they should be caught or the oil should be replaced with new one.
Do not use any solvents, corrosive agents, alcohol, gasoline or abrasive agents for cleaning.
Vents should be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner.
NOTE! Never immerse the product in water or other liquid. Do not clean the fryer chamber by fi lling it with water, cleaning agent
or any other liquid.
The lid and the basket may be cleaned in dishwashers.
Product storage
If the product is not used for prolonged time, disconnect it from power supply.
Product when stored should be kept indoors, protect it from dust, dirt and moisture. It is recommended to store the product in its
original packaging.
Store the product in its working position. Do not store products in layers. Do not put anything on the product during its storage.
