• Always place the bassinet on a rm, horizontal, even noor.
• Do not allow young children to play unsupervised in the vicinity of this bassinet.
• Lock this bassinet in the xed position when a child is unsupervised in it.
• Check the bassinet regularly before using it and DO NOT use the bassinet if any part is broken, torn or missing.
• When a child is able to sit, kneel or pull itself up, this bassinet shall not be used anymore for this child.
• All ttings should always be tightened properly and care should be taken that no screws are loose, because a child could trap parts of the body or
clothing {e.g. strings, necklaces, ribbons for babies' dummies, ect.), which would pose a risk of strangulation.
• Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child's neck, such as hood strings or paci er cords. Do not suspend strings
over a bassinet or cradle or attach strings to toys.
• The thickness of the mattress chosen shall be such that the internal vertical height {surface of the top of the mattress to the upper edge of the bed
sides) is at least 200 mm in the highest position of the bed base.
• Only use the mattress provided by the manufacter in this bassinet.
• Soft bedding can cause su ocation! DO NOT place any quilts, loose blankets, pillows or additional mattress in this crib/cradle/bassinet.
• Only use sheets provided by the manufacter or one speci cally designed to t the mattress.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your health
professional.
• Adults assembly required. Exercise care when unpacking and assembling product. Keep small parts out of child`s reach.

Electronic housing requires 3 AA (not included). Tool required: head screwdriver (not included).
IMPORTANT: Before assembly and use, inspect this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, torn fabrics, missing parts or sharp

BATTER WARNING:
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard or rechargeable batteries.

MOSES BASKET DOES NOT SEPARATE FROM THE FRAME. DO NOT USE ON FRAME IF MOSES BASKET WILL NOT PROPERLY LATCH ON.
USING BASSINET SEPARATE FROM FRAME :
• Never use near stairs or steps.
• Child`s movement can slide bassinet. NEVER place bassinet near edges of couter tops, tables, or other elevated surfaces.
• Your bassinet can roll over on soft surfaces and su ocate child. NEVER place bassinet on the beds, sofas or othe soft surfaces.
• NEVER use the bassinet as a means to transport an infant in a motor vehicle.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Bassinet Cover and Storage Basket: Hand wash in cold water, do not bleach, hang to dry.
• Mattress Sheet: Machine washable in cold water, do not bleach, tumble dry low heat.
• Mattress Pad: Surf ace wipe, air dry
• Bassinet frame, metal and plastic parts: surf ace wipe, air dry
• Check bassinet regularly before use. Do not use if any parts are loose or missing or if there are
any signs of damage. Do not substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer if replacement parts or additional instructions are needed.
