1. DISPLAY shows the various menus and the selected functions.
1. LEDS
DMX On DMX input present
MASTER On Master mode
SLAVE On Slave mode
SOUND Flashing Sound activation

ENTER To confirm the selected functions
JOG WHEEL To select the functions
3. REMOTE CONTROL INPUT: Used to connect a simple CA-8 hand controller while the unit is used in
standalone or master/slave mode.
2. SENSITIVITY: Used to adjust the sensitivity of the micro when the unit is used in standalone or
master/slave mode.
4. DMX INPUT/OUTPUT: used for
DMX512 linking. Use good quality
3pin XLR M/F balanced cable to link
the units together.
5. FUSE RESET Button
6. MAIN POWER SWITCH
7. PAN LOCK: Can be used to lock
the pan movement of the head (ex.
During maintenance)
MAIN MENU:
 To select any of the pre-set functions,
press the ESCAPE button (if you are
not yet in the main menu), then turn
the Jog Wheel to when the required
Menu is shown on the display.
 Select the function with the ENTER
button. The display will blink.
 Use the Jog Wheel to change the
mode.
 Once the required mode has been
selected, press the ENTER button to
select. After 30 seconds the display
will automatically return to the main
functions without any change. To go
back to the functions without any
change press the ESC button. The
main functions are shown on the right.
DMX512 Address Setting
Used to set the starting address in a
DMX setup.
 Press the ESC button and turn the
Jog Wheel until DMX Address is
shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button, the DMX
value starts blinking on the display.
 Use the Jog Wheel to change the
DMX512 address.
 Once the correct address shows on
the display, press the ENTER button
to save it.

Channel Mode
Used to set the DMX working mode to 16 or 22 channels
 Press the ESC button and turn the jog wheel until Channel Mode is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button so the display starts blinking.
 Use the Jog Wheel to select the 16 Channel or 22 Channel mode.
 Once the mode is selected, press the ENTER button to confirm your choice.

To go back to the functions without any change press the ESC button.
Standby mode
Used to place the unit in standby mode.
 Press the ESC button and turn the jog wheel until StandBy Mode is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button so the display starts blinking.
 Use the Jog Wheel to select the Yes or No mode.
 Once the mode is selected, press the ENTER button to confirm your choice.

Show Mode
Used to choose the Show mode when used in standalone or master/slave mode.
 Press the ESC button and turn the jog wheel until Show Mode is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button so the display starts blinking.
 Use the Jog Wheel to select one of the four preprogrammed show modes.
 Once the show mode is selected, press the ENTER button to confirm your choice.

Slave Mode
Used to make the slave unit work in opposite to the master or to work in complete sync.
 Press the ESC button and turn the jog wheel until Slave Mode is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button so the display starts blinking.
 Use the Jog Wheel to select the 1 (normal) or 2 (inverse) mode.
 Once the mode is selected, press the ENTER button to confirm your choice.

Adjust Focus 1
Used to help you adjusting the focus of the gobos situated on gobowheel 1
 Press the ESC button and turn the jog wheel until Adjust Focus1 is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button so the display starts blinking.
 Every time you press the ENTER button, the light beam will point into another direction.
 Use one of the 2 tilt positions or one of the 4 pan positions to adjust your focus.
 Use the Jog Wheel to select a value between 0 and 255
 Once the value is selected, press the ENTER button to confirm your choice.
