b) Connecting the camera to the power supply

• Insert the USB cable into the Micro USB connection (9) on the
back of the product.
• Connect the other end of the cable to the USB-A socket on
the power adapter.
• Connect the mains plug on the power adapter to a standard
mains socket.
• Wait until you hear a voice prompt indicating that the system
is starting up (approx 30 seconds).
• A second voice prompt will indicate when startup is complete.
The LED indicator (4) changes to blue after startup is com-
pleted.
• The LED will start to flash rapidly. If this does not happen,
refer to section d) "Resetting the device". The LED will show
constant blue.
The blue LED (4) indicates that the device is receiving
power.
• You can now connect to and configure the camera using the
"Smart Life" app. Refer to the app instructions for details.
