Set the start delay (from a minimum of 9 to a maximum of
23) using the "Up"
and/or "Down"
using the "Light"
key to save the entered value and exit from
the programming mode.
When this function is active, the LED of the respective symbol
will turn on. If the LED is blinking, it means that the cycle has
been suspended, see the relative chapter for more information.
NOTES
- The factory settings are the following:
Cycle duration: 2 hours.
Start delay compared to time "0": 40 minutes.
If not programming is performed, every 24 hours a 2 hour fil-
tering cycle is performed in any case, and will start 40 min-
utes after the spa is turned on.
- If there is a power outage, the data in the memory is main-
tained, but the "0" hour becomes the instant in which power
is restored. For this reason, it may be necessary to turn off and
back on again the main switch located up the line from the s-
pa in order to restore the filtering cycle times (delay and du-
ration) that were active when the power went out.
- It is possible to vary the filtering cycle setting parameters at
any time by following the procedure provided at the beginning
of this chapter. Using this operation, time "0" is "shifted" to the
time in which the new values are saved.
For example: if you set the value of "s" (start dealy) to 8, the
new cycle will start 8 hours after the instant at whcih the new
value is saved.
Note that setting the value of "s" to 0, they cycle will start im-
mediately.
Suspending the filtering cycles
The filtering cycle is suspended by activating the pump at
high speed or by turning on the spotlight. It will restart 40 min-
utes after these are turned off, from the point at which it was
stopped. This means that if 1 hour remained in the cycle when
it was interrupted, when it restarts, it will continue for this time
and then stop.
The filtering cycle may be suspended by the anti-freeze pro-
tection ("Smart Winter") or due to overheated water. Refer to the
respective chapters.
If the system is in standby mode (see related chapter), the fil-
tering pump stops and is restarted when the system is no longer
in standby mode.
Overheating during filtering cycles
During the filtering cycle, if the water temperature exceeds
the set point by more than 1 °C (2 °F) (see the chapter "Set-
ting the water heating temperature") and it does not decrease
at least 1 °C (2 °F) in the following 3 hours, the filtering cycle
will be suspended until the temperature does not decrease by
at least 1 °C (2 °F) below the set point value.
Even if the water temperature is high (due to excessive sun-
light, for example), filtering is ensured for at least 3 hours.
Ozonator (ozone generator, if present)
keys and confirm
The ozone generator aids in oxidizing the organic substances
that get in the water, and therefore reduces the need for chemi-
cal products for water treatment.
The ozonator runs automatically and is contingent on the ac-
tivation of the pump (at low speed) during the filtering cycle. It
will be off if the hydromassage or even one spotlight is on. This
is because there is probably a person in the tub. Forty (40) min-
utes after the functions are shut off, the ozonator begins oper-
ating again, provided a filtering cycle is active.
Rapid Filtering ("Boost")
This is recommended after intensive use of the spa and/or is
associated with chemical treatment of the water, to favour the
dissolution of substances used for disinfection.
To activate this function, press and hold down the "Pump"
key for 5 seconds. The display will show the message boo.
This function lasts 45 minutes (this value cannot be modi-
fied) during which the pump is run at high speed, at the same
time as the ozonator.
If the heater is on, it will continue to run normally, unless the
system is configured for limitation of electrical consumption.
The function stops:
- when the aforementioned time expires
- when another function is turned on.
NOTE: if you need to activate the anti-freeze protection dur-
ing rapid filtering, rapid filtering will be stopped to allow the
anti-freeze protection to be started.
I
TEMPORARY SYSTEM SHUTDOWN
("STANDBY")
This function lets you suspend operation of all system devices for
a period of 60 minutes (this value cannot be changed) so that
you can perform routine maintenance without having to discon-
nect the power supply.
To activate the function, press and hold the "Light"
for about 8 seconds: the display will show the message "Sby"
followed by the number of minutes the function will remain
blocked.
This function will end after 60 minutes or by pressing and
holding the "Light"

CAUTION
If you need to access the electrical parts, parts
that are normally powered, or the rotating parts
of the pumps, you must disconnect the electric
power by turning off the all-pole circuit breaker.
