• Always switch off the device first and unplug the device from the socket.
• Clean the grease filters frequently (at least once a month). Strong built-ups pose a risk of fire. If the cleaning
is not done accordingly, there will be a risk of fire.
• Never attempt repairing the device yourself. Always consult a qualified technician.
• For your own safety, always insist on original spare parts.
• Switch off the device and pull the plug from the socket before you clean or maintain the device.
• Surfaces: Clean the surfaces with a warm soap solution and a soft pad. Never use abrasive cleaners, steel
wool or solvents for cleaning, since this can lead to damage beyond repair.
• Aluminium grease filter: the grease filter can be cleaned in the dishwasher or soaked in a warm water and
a grease-dissolving solution for one hour. After soaking, rinse the grease filter with clear water and dry it
before putting it back again.
