5.0 Detergents

Only use detergents with the following pH value:
B9 Standard: pH 5 - 9
Unsuitable detergents may damage the washer as well as the item which is being cleaned.
Never use fl ammable liquids..
For B9 Stainless with a stainless steel tank we re commend you to use Nilfi sk-ALTO Allosil
an alkaline detergent.

is anti-corrosive and suitable for the clea ning of
aluminium and other light metals.

6.0 Warranty conditions

Your Nilfi sk-ALTO product is guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase (purchase receipt must be presented)
on the fol lo wing conditions:
- That defects are attributable to fl aws or defects in materials of workmanship.
(usual wear and tear as well as misuse are not co ve red by the guarantee).
- That repair has not been attempted by persons other than Nilfi sk-ALTO-trained service staff.
- That only original accessories have been applied.
- That the product has not been exposed to abuse such as knocks, bumps or frost.
- That the directions of this instruction manual have been thoroughly observed.
Any illegitimate guarantee repair will be invoiced (i.e. malfunctions due to causes mentioned in section "7.0 Trouble
shooting and correction" of the instruction manual)

7.0 Trouble-shooting and correction

You have chosen the best quality and therefore deserve the best service. To avoid un ne ces sa ry disap-
point ments, you should check the following before contacting the nearest Nilfi sk-ALTO service or ga -
ni sa ti on:
Fault
No detergent escapes
from the nozzle
Heating fails
No air pressure
Heating does not switch
on after heat-up period
Should malfunctions occur other than those mentioned above, please contact the nearest Nilfi sk-
ALTO service organisation.

Product type: alkaline (pH=13)
Contents: tensides, complex builder, corro sion
inhibitors and auxiliary elements in an aqueous
solution.
Dosing: 1-20%. Delivery: 5, 25 litres
Correction
Correct pressure is 3-6 bar; if
necessary repressurize with
compressed air
Blow clear with compressed air
Open control valve
Correct tem pe ra tu re is 60-85°C
Check switch, socket and fuses
Refi ll
Check all connections and fi ller neck
Check spray handle
Allow the pressure tank to cool and press
the reset button on the safety ther mo stat
