13. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Shut the power before cleaning the machine.
2. Use a wet cloth to clean the machine after daily use, do not wash it with water directly.
3. Clean the splashed flour thoroughly which may drop in the top of the clambing block,
safety cover, assistant wheel etc.
4. Clear the dust in the top cover, electric box of the spiral mixer regularly.
5. Make sure to turn off the power after daily use.
6. Check all the components to see whether they are in good status
regularly.
7. Check whether the convection belts are in good tension monthly.
8. Grease the machine every three months.

14. TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Bowl and beater rotate in reverse direction
POSSIBLE REASON:
Check whether the any of the two cables are in reverse connection.
METHOD:
Exchange any of the two cables.
2. Machine shakes when operation
POSSIBLE REASON:
A. The ground is not horizontal and plain enough.
B. Foot pad is unstable.
METHOD:
A. Select a horizontal and plain ground to install it.
B. Readjust the foot pad to enable the machine's stability.
3. The bowl still rotates after the safety cover has been opened.
POSSIBLE REASON:
A. There is something wrong with microswitch.
B. The adjusting wheel doesn't go with microswitch.
METHOD:
A. Change the microswitch.
B. Readjust the gap between microswitch and bowl cover.
4. Guide roller can't work.
POSSIBLE REASON:
A. The bearing of the guide roller is damaged.
B. The gap is too long to service the bowl.
METHOD:
A. Change the microswitch
B. Readjust the gap between guide roller and bowl to satisfy the bowl.
