Preparation:
Preheat the product .
In a medium bowl, combine egg and sugar with
an electric hand mixer (whisk) . Beat mixture until
it becomes a thick, fluffy and foamy light yellow
cream .
Add vanilla sugar . Pour milk into the mixture . Stir
well .
Sieve and combine flour and baking powder in a
large bowl .
Keep stirring, with a spatula, while slowly pouring
the mixture into a bowl .
Use an electric hand mixer (whisk) to beat until a
smooth and creamy texture is given .
Sieve one more time to obtain a smooth batter .
Spray the doughnuts plates 7 with cooking
spray .
Evenly spoon the batter into the onto the lower
doughnuts plate 7 . Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or
until doughnuts are golden brown and soft to
touch .
Sprinkle the finished doughnuts with icing sugar .

clear water to remove any
detergent residue .
Wipe the plates with a
slightly damp cloth and a
mild detergent .
Removing fat and liquids:
Use a piece of kitchen
paper .
Removing stuck-on burnt
residues: Use a wooden
spatula or small wooden
skewers .
