CAPACITANCES
I Never measure a capacitance on a live circuit.
I Always respect the polarity of electrolytic condensors.
This type of condenser may be sensitive to temperature,
so avoid touching it during measurement.
I Connect the leads to the multimeter and to the terminals of the condenser.
I Place the selector switch on the capacitance meter function
I Automatic range selection : read the measured value
NB : The bargraph is not operational during capacitance measurement.
I Memorise the value, if necessary, by pressing the HOLD button.
If necessary, press the following buttons :
I RANGE to select the ranges manually
I
to light the display
I MIN.MAX to read the min or max values
