Install the crankshaft
Inward opening
Dual drive only: install the transmission
This operation should be carried out with the two
drive pins (A) positioned through their respective
crankshafts.
1 Position the transmission elements: the bars (1), the
bushing (2) and the supports (3).
2 Mark the bore position in the bars (1) through the
threaded holes of the sleeve (2).
Outward opening
UNPACKING AND INSTALLATION
1 Position the crankshaft (1) in the door, respecting
the levels (in mm) shown in the corresponding
figure:
Inward opening: figure A.
Outward opening: figure B.
2 Attach the crankshaft by welding.
3 Place the drive pin (2) through the crankshaft.
4 In the case of dual drive, place the second
crankshaft and its drive pin.
Ensure this is at the same height as the first one.
3 Bore holes in the the bars (1).
ø = 5mm, depth = 5mm
4 Secure the sleeve to the bars using screws
(ø = 5mm, L = 5mm).
5 Bore holes in the the bars where they meet the
cardan joints (4). Attach the bars to the cardan joints
using screws and self-locking nuts.
