Installation
5.1
Installation Guidelines
Avoid pointing the detector towards objects with highly reflective
surfaces such as mirrors.
Avoid pointing the detector near heat sources such as heating
vents, air conditioning units, etc.
Avoid pointing the detector towards objects that may move in the
wind such as curtains, plants, etc.
Install the detector at a distance of minimum 60 cm when using a
lamp of 60 W or more.
5.2
Installation
This detector can be installed flat on a wall or in a corner. Use an
appropriate screwdriver and the included screws and nylon plugs.
1.
Loosen the screw of the clear plastic cover. Connect the detector
(see below) and re-install the cover.
2.
Fold the metal springs upwards and slide the detector into the
pre-cut installation hole.
