8.2.11 Byte av startbatteriet
ANMÄRKNING
Startbatteriet behöver ingen sköt-
sel enligt DIN-normen 72311 del 7.
Den finns i motorrummet på
maskinen högra sidan.
(1) Öppna motorhuven.
(2) Skruva loss fästbygeln (8-22/2)
som håller batteriet.
(3) Lossa anslutningsklämmorna
(8-22/1) och ta bort dem (SW 13).
VARNING
Lossa alltid minuspolen först, sedan
pluspolen. När batteriet skall sättas
tillbaka sker detta i omvänd ordning.
(4) Lyft ut batteriet och sätt dit ett
nytt.
(5) Smörj in anslutningspolerna
med fett innan de kopplas till batteriet.
(6) Koppla pluspolen först, sedan
minuspolen.
VARNING
Se till att det sitter fast ordentligt.
8.2.12 Kontrollera/ställ in
drivbromsen
VARNING
- Arbeten som rör bromssystemet
får endast utföras av auktoriserad
personal.
- Om bromskraften avtar eller om
drivbromsen (4-8/6) har för stort
bromsspel, skall detta kontrol-
leras och vid behov justeras.

8.2.11 Exchanging the
starter battery
NOTE
The starter battery is a low mainte-
nance part according to DIN 72311,
section 7. It is located in the motor
room on the right side of the loader.
(1) Open the motor cover.
(2) Unscrew the fixing bracket
(8-22/2) of battery holder.
(3) Loosen and remove the
connecting cables (8-22/1) (SW 13).
DANGER
Remove always the negative pole
cable first, then the positive pole
cable. Installation is in the reverse
order.
(4) Remove the battery and install
a new one.
(5) Lubricate the connection poles
before installation.
(6) The installation is carried out
in the reverse order of the removal.
DANGER
Ensure safe installation.
8.2.12 Checking/adjusting
the service brake
DANGER
- Only authorized personnel are
permitted to carry out repairs to
the brake system.
- In case of decreasing brake po-
wer or excessive pedal travel to
operate the brake (4-8/6) the sy-
stem has to be checked and ad-
justed, if necessary.
