Causes and possible remedies
Check the electrical supply, the plug, the so-
+
cket, the fuses on the plug.
+
Check the fuses in the electrical panel.
+
Check the correct rotation of the hydraulic pump, if ne-
cessary invert the rotation direction (see chap. 3).
+
Joystick on the pedal box defective, replace (see chap. 3).
+
Electrovalve blocked, try to unblock manu-
ally or replace the component (see chap. 3).
+
Low tension fuse is burnt, replace.
+
Pedal box cable damaged, replace.
+
Check the correct insertion of the plug and its connection.
+
Turn on the main switch.
+
Replace the fuses.
+
Micro switch on the pedal box defective, replace.
+
Pedal box cable damaged, replace.
+
Check the correspondence of the mains tension
+
with that shown on the registration plate.
+
Adjust the belt tightener (see instructions).
+
Check the fuses.
+
Check that the motor of the control pa-
nel turns in the correct direction.
+
Check the pressure on the hydraulic circuit and
eventually adjust (see instructions).
+
Check and eliminate eventual losses of pressure.
+
Wrong rotation direction of the hydraulic pump, in-
vert the phases in the tension plug.
+
Motor protector activated, turn on again the
thermal-magnetic circuit breaker.
+
Burnt fuses, replace.
+
Pedal box cable damaged, replace.
+
Lack of oil in the circuit, top up.
Adjust the locking ratchets (see instructions).
