Clearing Faults
Changing the Blow-Out Disks
1 Disassemble the hydraulic tester from the hydraulic circuit.
2 Turn the pressure loading valve (1) clockwise to close the pressure loading valve.
3 Open the replaceable blow-out disk holder (2).
4 Take two new blow-out disks (4) from the replaceable blow-out disk holder (2).
5 Open the screw plug (3).
6 Remove the burst blow-out disks (4) from the blow-out disk holder (5).
7 Carefully shape two new blow-out disks (4) by hand by pressing the new blow-out
disks (4) between the blow-out disk holder (5) and screw plug (3).
