The Wilo-SiClean is a compact unit delivered ready to be assembled.
To be attached to wall, or to floor depending on model. Connections
have to be made for suction and discharge and also for the power
mains.
Mechanical and hydraulic installation components (Fig. 1)
The SiClean is a complete system delivered as a kit, easy to assemble.
It consists of a circulation pump (pos. 2), a separator (pos. 3), a drain
valve (pos. 6) and a dynamic balancing valve (pos. 9).
The system is equipped with an automatic air vent (pos. 7) in the
upper part to the outlet of the separator.
This installation and operating instructions describe the complete
installation of the SiClean.
Circulation pump (pos. 2)
The circulation pump is specific for each SiClean model. For more
information on the circulation pump, refer to its installation and oper-
ating instructions.
Separator (pos. 3)
The separator is a non-moving part with magnetic elements around a
particle separation cylinder.
Switchbox (pos. 1)
For the control of the circulation pump. The attached installation and
operating instructions provide further information on the switchbox.
SiClean inlet and outlet connection dimensions
Please find hereafter connection dimensions according to the respec-
tive SiClean model.
