Mounting the cable assembly on the machine
1. Check that the wire guide liner is fitted correctly.
2. Place the central plug into the socket on the wire feeding unit and secure
this connection by tightening the adaptor nut.
Connect the coolant supply circuit (only for liquid-cooled welding torches)
Never reverse the coolant supply and return circuits the wrong way on
the circulating coolant unit.

Coolant return circuit
Recommended coolant: ABICOR BINZEL
Ventilate the entire cooling system as follows at every first use and after every
cable assembly change:
1. Release the return circuit cable on the circulating coolant unit and hold this
over the collecting device.
2. Close the return line and open it again by repeatedly and abruptly relea-
sing it, until the coolant is flowing continuously and without air bubbles into
the collecting device.
3. Switch off the circulating coolant unit and connect the coolant return line
again.
Check the level of coolant in the circulating coolant unit.
Setting the level of shielding gas
Set the quantity of gas required on the pressure gauge. Type and quantity of
gas to be used depends on the welding task to be performed.
