CE declaration
The Probiker KX4 Z-link conforms essentially to the requirements and provisions
of the EC Directive 1999/5/EC (referred to here as the R&TTE Directive) Article 3.
The system meets the requirements of standards EN 300 328 V1.7.1:2006, EN
01 489-1 V1.8.1:2008 and EN 301 489-17 V2.1.1:2009.
Declaration of conformity
The Probiker KX4 Z-link headset is compliant with and conforms to the Bluetooth®
Specification 2.1 and has passed all the interoperability tests which are laid down
in the Bluetooth® Specification. However, interoperability between the device and
other Bluetooth®-enabled products is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and exemption from liability
By using the Probiker KX4 Z-link (hereafter referred to as the "device"), you
renounce essential rights, including the right of action. Before using the device,
please read the following section carefully. If you do not accept all the conditions
of this agreement, you should return the product immediately. In this case, we will
refund you the full cost of your purchase. However, if you do use the product,
you are bound by the terms of this agreement and renounce rights, including the
right of action.
Riding a motorbike, scooter, quad or any other vehicle demands your complete
and undivided attention. We would like to expressly point out to you that you must
take all the necessary precautions and, whilst using the device, be aware of the
traffic, weather conditions and the state of the road at all times. Before you make
or receive a call, you should stop your vehicle by the side of the road. Any publica-
tions, advertisements, announcements or similar notifications which refer to the
fact that the device can be used while driving, apply merely to its technical possi-
bilities and should not be understood as inducements to use the device while

directly in traffic. By purchasing the device, you release Louis GmbH (hereafter
referred to as the "Company") irrevocably from all liability claims, losses, de-
mands and any other types of claims (including legal fees) in connection with the
use of the device and undertake not to take legal proceedings against the
Company for any physical injuries, damage or death or for loss of goods and
damage to vehicles, including your own vehicle, or any other damage to third par-
ties, regardless of the circumstances or conditions, and to hold the Company
harmless from any liability in each case. Furthermore, you hereby accept that the
Company is in no way responsible for physical injuries of any kind, irrespective
of the causes, conditions or circumstances, including malfunction of the device.
All the risks associated with the operation of the device lie solely and entirely with
the user of the device, regardless of whether the device is used by the original
purchaser or a third party. The Company hereby informs you that this device could
also constitute an infringement against local, regional or national laws or
provisions and that, howsoever you use the device, you do so always and only at
your own risk and your own responsibility.
