Internal leak

No water in the tank
Tank incorrectly fitted
The filter holder is
clogged
The filter holder is not
fitted correctly
The edge of the filter holder
has ground coffee on it
Pod not correctly positioned
in the filter
After descaling, the
rinsing was not performed
properly
The pump was unprimed
due to lack of water
The water tank is not
properly clicked in place
The steam nozzle is
blocked or scaled up
The milk is too hot
The container is not the
right shape
You are using skim milk
The grind is too old
The grind is not suitable
for espresso
There is too little grind in
the filter holder

Solutions
Check that the tank is fitted correctly. If the
problem continues, do not use the appliance,
contact an approved service centre
Switch off the appliance, fill the water tank and
switch back on
Press firmly on the tank
Clean the filter holder (see Paragraph 8b)
Fit the filter holder in place and lock it (turn it
towards the right as far as possible up to the
stop)
Remove the excess ground coffee
Place all the paper inside the filter holder
Rinse the appliance according to the
instructions (see Paragraph 9)
Fill the water tank and reprime the pump
Paragraph 5). Avoid completely emptying the
tank
Click the tank into place by pressing firmly
Descale the steam nozzle (see Paragraph 9)
unblock it with a needle
Use cold milk
Use a small pitcher
Preferably use whole or semi-skimmed milk
Use freshly ground coffee
Use a finer grind
Add some more grind
