If your device does not work, check below possible causes before contacting service point.
Make sure:
• the device and the accessories have been properly assembled.
• the connectors' top covers are in closed.
• the multifunction head is locked in a horizontal position.
• the device is not overloaded. In such case, it will stop automatically. To restart your
appliance, turn the speed knob to the "0" position and remove some of the ingredients.
Allow the appliance to cool down for a few minutes before using it again.
If solving above problems did not result in proper operation of the device, contact an
authorized service point for check-up/repair. Do not attempt to repair this device yourself.
