PROBLEM SOLVING

Before going to the Technical Service read this information. It could help you to solve some
usual problems that are easy to solve. If after following this steps the device continues with-
out operating, go to the technical service.
PROBLEM
* The device doesn't work.
* The dehumidifier is frozen.
* The volume of air outlet has been re-
duced
* It doesn't operate as it should

SOLUTION
- Assure that the current wire is well plugged.
- The water deposit can be full or bad installed. Empty
the deposit and put it correctly.
- Maybe some plug has been damaged, contact
with the technical service.
- It is usual, it will disappear with time of operat-
ing the device.
- Assure that there isn't any object as curtains, furni-
ture or so on that difficult this action of the device.
- Clean the air filter.
- The area to operate is too big. Assure that
the device is enough to cover the area where
it is situated.
- We haven't chose the functions of the panel.
Choose it taking in account the instructions.
- It could be that the windows and the doors are
open. Close them and then see if the problem
- Maybe there is a dryer near the area and chang-
es the humidity of the room.
- The temperatura of the room is too low, the
device doesn't work down from 5° C.
