1. Safety instructions
For all work on the insertion thermometers, please observe
national safety and accident prevention regulations and the
GB
safety regulations indicated in these operating instructions.
Using the instrument for purposes other than those described in the
following operating instruction is considered contrary to its designated
use and must therefore be avoided.
The manufacturer's will be void should the instrument not be used
for its designated use, should there be any non-compliance with this
operating instruction, or should insufficiently qualified personnel be
used or any unauthorised modification made.
Only appropriately qualified personnel should work on these instruments.
The qualified personnel must read and understand the instruction
manual and follow its instructions.
Before installation, commissioning and operation the user must ensure
that the appropriate thermometer is selected, with regard to scale
range and performance and the appropriate wetted material (corrosion)
for the respective application's specific measuring conditions.
If you do not observe the appropriate regulations, serious injuries and/
or damage can occur.
2. General
TF45 insertion thermometers are designed for the widest range of temperature
measurement applications.
The instruments are manufactured to the latest state-of-the-art technology and
are safe in operation. They have been tested and are delivered from the factory
in a fully safe-condition. In order to maintain the instrument in this condition
throughout operation, you must observe and follow the specifications with this
operating instruction.
The device is designed for use only with those values specified in technical
data. These must be strictly followed.
