7. When the cooker hood is used with an exhaust pipe:
a. Press the filter lock and remove the mesh filter.
b. Remove the active carbon filter.
c. Place the mesh filter.
d. Attach the exhaust pipe (not included) to the one-way valve.
8. Connect the power supply to an earthed wall socket.

4.3.2 Mounting the product in a cabinet

Tools required:
• Pencil
• Drill (8mm)
• Saw or grinder
• Crosshead screwdriver
To mount the product in a cabinet:
1. Make sure the cabinet is at the right height. The minimum distance between the
supporting surface of the cooking appliance and the lowest part of the cooker
hood must be:
