Installing the flue screen

If the socket is outside the area of
the fl ue screen, leave at least 5 cm
between ceiling and wall mount (6).

1. Hold the wall mount (6) to the wall at the
desired flue height so the centre of the
wall bracket aligns with the vertical guide-
line.
2. Mark two holes.
3. Drill the two dowel holes with 8 mm diam-
eter at each of the marked points.
4. Hammer two dowels into the holes.

5. Screw the wall mount (6) on tightly using
two screws.

6. Screw the retaining plate (7) onto the
lower part of the flue screen using two
screws (10).
7. Place the flue screen on the exhaust
hood.

8. Mark both holes for the retaining plate (7)
on the wall.
9. Remove the flue screen (3) from the ex-
haust hood again.
