Installationshinweise
1. Das Schloss gemäß der Montageanleitung in die vorbereitete Schlosstasche
bringen und verschrauben.
2. Das Sperrgegenstück (falls vorhanden) in der Zarge befestigen. Der Riegel
muss jederzeit frei und ohne Reibung im Sperrgegenstück (z.B. Schließblech)
aufgenommen werden können. Die Kontur des Sperrgegenstücks muss
gegebenenfalls auf die Türsituation angepasst werden.
3. Den Schließzylinder montieren (falls vorhanden), die Zylinderbefestigungs-
schraube nicht anziehen.
4. Die Befestigungspunkte für den Beschlag auf der Türinnen- und Türaußen-
seite anzeichnen.
5. Den Schließzylinder (falls vorhanden) und das Schloss aus der Schlosstasche
entfernen. Nach Angaben des Beschlagherstellers die Befestigungs-
bohrungen von den jeweils markierten Punkten bis in die Schlosstasche
bohren.
6. Das Schloss und den Schließzylinder (falls vorhanden) wieder gemäß
Punkt 1. und 2. montieren.
7. Den Beschlag gemäß beigefügter Anleitung montieren. Die Zylinderbefes-
tigungsschraube anziehen.
8. Eine Funktionskontrolle des Schlosses bei geöffneter Tür durchführen.
Installation instructions
1. Insert the lock into the prepared pocket (mortise) and screw it down
observing the fitting notes.
2. Attach the locking counterpart, i.e. the keep (e.g. a strike plate), at the door
frame (if applicable). The dead bolt must always be able to enter the keep
freely and without friction. If necessary, the contour of the keep will have
o be adapted to match the situation at the door.
3. Insert the locking cylinder (if applicable) but do not yet tighten the fixing
(retaining) screw.
4. Mark the fastening points for the handle set on the interior and exterior
side of the door.
5. Remove the locking cylinder (if applicable) and the lock again from
the pocket. Drill the fastening holes at the marked points through to the
pocket following the instructions of the handle set manufacturer.
6. Fit the lock and the locking cylinder (if applicable) again as described in
items 1 and 2 above.
7. Fit the handle sets according to the supplied instructions. Tighten the
cylinder fixing screw.
8. Hold the door open and check the proper functioning of the lock.
