Intended Use; Delivery Condition - Rotek ROBASE Montageanleitung

1 Intended use

The synchronous and gear motors of our series ROBASE, ROSYNC and
ROSLYDE are exclusively intended for installation in machines as com-
ponents of the drive system. They are exclusively intended for creating
rotary motion. Any different and/or further usage of the device is not
permitted and is regarded as improper use. It is not permitted to use the
motors and gears in aircraft and spacecraft or in nuclear equipment. Any
claims against the manufacturer and/or its proxies due to damage as a
result of improper use of the device are ruled out. The operator alone is
liable for all damages caused by improper use.

2 Delivery condition

The drive is completely pre-mounted, i.e. is ready for use after proper
assembly. The item is delivered in recyclable cartons, which are sealed by
sellotape and/or strapping tape. The whole delivery is to be checked im-
mediately for completeness and damage in accordance with the supplied
delivery note.
