a) Insert one end at the supplied power cord to the DC 5.9V IN Jack located at the rear of the
unit and the other end into the Wall outlet.
b) To operate the unit on batteries, the AC adpator power cord must be disconnected from the
player. . Unplug the AC adaptor power cord from the unit and insert 4 size "C" batteries (not
provided) into the compartment. Close the battery compartment door.
Please note: Check your batteries regularly. Old or discharged batteries should be replaced.
If the unit is not to be used for sometime or is being run exclusively on AC electrical current,
remove batteries from the battery compartment to avoid leakage. When planning not to use
this unit for long periods of time (i.e. Vacation etc.) disconnect the plug from the wall outlet

On/Off: Press STANDBY to turn the unit on/off.
Mode Selection: Press FUNCTION repeatedly to select the desired function (FM, DAB,
•
USB, AUX, BT).
Volume: Rotate the VOL+/- kob to adjust the volume.

FM Radio

Press FUNCTION, to select FM radio.
•
Press AUTO-SCAN/PLAY to trigger an automatic stations scan. The clsoest found station
will be tuned in automatically.

Rotate TUNING+/- for fine tuning
DAB Radio
•
Auto select: Press the AUTO-SCAN/PLAY button. "AUTOTUNE FULL SCAN" will be dis-
played, and the number of DAB stations will appear on the upper right display corner, and
it will automatically play the first station. Rotate TUNING+/- knob to choose the next or
previous station.
Manual select: press and hold the ENTER/STOP button until the "MANUAL TUNE" icon

shown on the display, then press the ENTER/STOP button to manual operation mode. Ro-
tate TUNING+/- to choose the station.
