Double-sided grill plate
With the ribbed side facing upwards, the grill plate can be used for grilling in the normal
way. The reverse side is suitable for cooking 4 small crepes or pancakes.
Variable thermostat
If the thermostat control is set to its highest setting (hard to right), the heating element
will be switched on most of the time. If the thermostat is moved to the lower setting, the
heating element will switch off from time to time and then switch on again.
After use, return the thermostat to its lowest setting and unplug the appliance from the
mains supply.
Operation

Place the grill plate and the double-sided grill plate on the unit, ensuring that the
locating groove on the grill plate is properly secured by the corresponding lugs on
the holding bracket. For safe operation, the additional ridge on the grill plate must
sit securely in front of the lugs on the holding bracket.

Insert the plug into a suitable wall socket and push the thermostat all the way to the
right.

Let the raclette preheat for about 10 minutes before use.

If required, place the food to be grilled onto the cooking top.

When grilling is finished, unplug the appliance from the mains supply socket.
Important Notes
• Frozen food should always be properly thawed before it is cooked.
• To avoid damage to the coating of grill plate and mini-pans, use only non-abrasive
utensils.
• When grilling larger amounts of food, the accumulated fat should be carefully
removed from time to time.
CARE AND CLEANING
• Before cleaning the appliance, always make sure that the plug has been removed
from the mains supply socket and allow the mains supply socket and allow the
appliance to cool down.
• To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not clean the appliance with water and do not
immerse it in water.
• Do not use harsh abrasive detergents. Wipe the outer surfaces of the raclette grill
with a clean damp cloth.Clean the mini-pans in warm soapy water and dry the
thoroughly afterwards.
• Clean the plate with a synthetic sponge under running water without detergent.
Wipe thoroughly dry afterwards with a soft cloth. Do not immerse the plate in water.
