Description and operation
The THERMOLOGIKA COLONNA is an electrically
powered (230 V/ 50 Hz), infrared column lamp for
auxiliary heating. It is
especially suited for outdoor use in domestic and
commercial applications on verandas, porticos,
balconies, bars, etc., and wherever near-instant heat
is required.
Structural parts are in stainless steel, combining
shiny good looks with excellent weather resistance.
The appliance uses the principle of irradiation (like
the sun itself), to diffuse heat from 4 lamps (total
power 2000 W), arranged in a square under the pro-
tective and reflective hood. Any object in the vicinity
is heated by the light rays emitted from the lamps.
Since it has no moving parts, the THERMOLOGIKA
COLONNA is totally silent in operation.
A switch at the base of the column switches the
lamps on and off.
