■ Method2: Connect the Component (YPbPr) cables from the
COMPONENT OUT (YPbPr) on the rear of the STB to the
COMPONENT INPUT (YPbPr) jacks on the TV.
In this case, connect audio cables between the L/R AUDIO OUT
jacks on the STB and the L/R AUDIO INPUT jacks on the TV.
4. Connecting the STB to Normal TV
To connect the STB with your television, you can use three methods;
via RCA cable, S-Video cable or SCART cable.
■ Method1: Connect the Video/Audio RCA cables from the VIDEO
OUT/AUDIO OUT (LEFT, RIGHT) on the rear of the STB to the
VIDEO INPUT/AUDIO INPUT (LEFT, RIGHT) jacks on the TV.
■ Method2: Connect the S-Video cable from the S-VIDEO OUT
on the rear of the STB to the S-VIDEO INPUT jack on the TV. In
this case, connect the Audio RCA cables from the AUDIO OUT
(LEFT, RIGHT) on the rear of the STB to the AUDIO INPUT (LEFT,
RIGHT) jacks on the TV.
■ Method3: In case of connecting your TV through SCART cable,
connect the SCART connector marked TV to the respective
SCART port on the TV.
5. Connecting the STB to VCR
To connect a VCR, the STB has been provided with SCART at the
rear marked VCR. Using a SCART connector, the VCR can be
connected to the STB.
6. Connecting digital audio system
If your audio system has:
■ Method1: A coaxial digital audio input, connect the audio system
to the DIGITAL AUDIO (COAXIAL) jack on the STB.
■ Method2: An optical digital audio input, connect the audio system
to the DIGITAL AUDIO (OPTICAL) jack on the STB.
Do not connect both optical and coaxial cables. This may
damage your audio system.
