NOTICE!
If you want to mount the door/window contact using screws, open both
housing shells (transmitter + magnet).
Drill the screws through the predetermined breaking points on the housing
covers.
Place the housings onto the covers that have been mounted on the door/
window frame.
4. Avoid mounting the sensor in areas with a large amount of metal or with
power lines e.g. in boiler rooms or utility rooms.
Wireless siren
• Mount the wireless siren in a location that is well protected from splash-
ing water and other extreme weather conditions.
• The mains adapter may only be used in indoor rooms. Lay the connect-
ing cable through a wall to connect it to the wireless siren.
• Ensure that the mains adapter for the siren can be connected to the
power supply before mounting the siren.
Mounting
1. Firstly open the housing of the wireless siren before mounting it. To do
this, undo the cross-headed screw on the lower edge of the housing and
remove the housing cover from the mounting plate.
2. Fix the mounting plate to the wall of the house using the supplied screws
and wall plugs. Use the holes in the mounting eyelets for this purpose.
Ensure in the process that the clip for the sabotage contact is pressed
firmly against the wall.
3. Reattach the housing cover and fix it in place with the cross-headed
screw.
4. Plug the mains adapter into an easily accessible 100 - 240 V ~ 50/60 Hz
power socket and then connect the device plug to the socket on the cable
for the wireless siren.
