Before any intervention on the electrical tool
remove jack from power socket.
If the machine has been subject to prolonged or
intense use, it must be checked and adjusted so as
to ensure the machine's correct quality of service
and safety.

Adjusting the locking in the lower resting
position

Information
One starts from the machine being locked in the
upper resting position.
1.Unlock by pressing button 4.
2.Lower down to the lower stop by means of 3.
3.Turn or pull knob 32. If the knob is well adjusted, it
must
enter smoothly until abutting. Otherwise
proceed to adjusting.
4.Position protective guard 49 and turn disk 16 with
your hand. The disk must not strike against
the guard 49. Otherwise proceed to
adjusting.
Adjusting
1.Loosen the fastening nut of screw 31.
2.Lower head to lower stop by means of 3.
3.Tighten or loosen screw 31 and rotate knob 32
clockwise until it smoothly penetrates to
abutment.
4.Once the stopper has been adjusted, tighten the
fasting nut of screw 31.
5.Proceed to check again
Adjusting the horizontal mitre angle to
- 45º

Checking
1.Loosen locking control element 13 by rotating it to
the left.
2.Pull control element 13 and move head
horizontally until indicator 36 marks +45º.
