Die Verwendung von Schneidöl ist unerlässlich.
Zum einen zur Erhöhung der Standzeit, zum anderen aber auch, um einen
gleichmäßigen Gewindegang schneiden zu können.
Um das Rohr später mit einem Fitting verbinden zu können, darf das Gewinde nicht zu
lang geschnitten zu werden. Die richtige Gewindelänge haben Sie erreicht, wenn das
Rohrende beginnt auf der anderen Seite der Kluppe wieder herauszutreten. Um das
Schneidwerkzeug vom Rohr zu entfernen, schalten Sie die Maschine zuerst aus und
schieben den Rechts/Linkslaufschalter(5) auf die andere Seite. Betätigen Sie nun den
Ein/Aus Schalter(4), bis sich die Schneidkluppe wieder vom Rohr heruntergedreht hat.
Achtung: Die Drehrichtung darf nur bei vollständigem Stillstand
des Motors geändert werden!
The use of cutting oil is absolutely essential.
In order to lengthen the life of the cutting tool and to cut an even thread, cutting oil
must be used.
Do not overcut the length of the thread as the pipe must later be connected to a pipe
fitting. The correct thread length is achieved when the end of the pipe just begins to
protrude from the opposite side of the Die Stock, to which it was inserted. To remove
the pipe from the cutting tool, switch off the machine and toggle the Switch for
Right/Left Rotation (5) to the opposite direction of rotation that was used for cutting.
Using the On/Off Switch (4), allow the machine to run until the Die Stock can be
removed from the pipe.
Note! : The direction of rotation should only be changed when the
motor is at a complete standstill!
