Cleaning the floor brush (6)

Vacuum cleaner tube (d) clogged or blocked
If the vacuum cleaner tube (d) is clogged or blocked for any reason, this will reduce the
performance of the vacuum cleaner. In this case the tube will have to be cleaned:
1. Push the lever (e) and take out the floor brush (6).
2. Remove the blocking material by hand or using a suitable implement.
3. Push the lower tube of the base body (3) into the floor brush (6). Make sure that the
contacts lock in place properly.
Small wheels (g) blocked
There are three small wheels (g) on the underside of the floor brush (6). If one of the
small wheels (g) is blocked by dirt or dust, the floor may scratch when vacuuming.
Try to remove the dirt by hand or with a brush or cloth first. If this does not work,
proceed as follows:
4. Loosen the small wheel (g) carefully with a screwdriver.
5. Remove the dirt so that the small wheel can rotate freely again on its axle.
6. Put the small wheel (g) back in its original position.
Turbo brush (f) dirty
If the turbo brush (f) is dirty, the floor may scratch when vacuuming. It can be removed
easily for simple cleaning:
7. Use a coin or other tool to turn the screw (i) a quarter of a rotation anti-clockwise
until the groove points to the marking (see detailed diagram).
8. Remove the cover (h).
9. Take out the turbo brush (f) and remove the dirt.
10. Insert the turbo brush (f) again.
11. Close the cover (h) again and screw the screw (i) a quarter rotation clockwise until
tight.
