Notes on using the voltage stabilizer:
Replace the included power cord with IEC connector
if necessary with a power cord with a country-specific
power plug (100 V – 230 V/13 A).

Never use a power adapter such as, e.g. a travel
adapter!

Do not overload the mains current circuit and power
outlet, in cases of doubt consult a skilled electrician.

ing collection points for recycling. Outside the Feder-
al Republic of Germany please observe the appropri-
ate specifications for each country in question.

Safety instructions

The following safety instructions must not be viewed
as being full and complete in scope, and they refer
solely to any work conducted directly on the compo-
nents.
!
Observe the legal accident prevention regulations!It
is assumed that all people working on the system are
trained and instructed personnel only, and that all
work conducted is done so correctly and with due
diligence!
!
Make sure that all systems and devices are used as
intended only!
!
Maximum risk of injury from moving parts!
!
Detach or connect all electrical cables/cable plugs
when de-energized only. Avoid any spark formation!
!
The CRR 120 may be operated using a suitable volt-
age stabilizer at 24V DC only.The ground conductor
(PE) on the voltage stabilizer must be connected.
When connecting the CRR 120 make sure that the
polarity is correct, the device must never have its
polarity reversed!
!
The 24 V connection (-) must be connected to the
ground conductor(PE), see here to chapter 4.2 (Elec-
trical connection).
!
Caution - risk of crushing: Alterations to the pneu-
matic part of the test set-up may only be conducted
when the CRR 120 has been de-energized, to do
so the CRR 120 has to be switched off at the main
switch. The compressed-air pipes may only be de-
tached or connected when the system is unpressur-
ized.Never use the CRR 120 with any worn or faulty
accessory parts.

Type of protection IP 20: The device may be oper-
ated in a specified test bay only.
