Nutzung

Montage des LOCKER am Seil
Positionieren Sie den LOCKER so, dass im geschlossenen Zustand

sling) verwenden, um den LOCKER mit dem Gurt bzw. mit dem
Anschlagpunkt zu verbinden.

Um den LOCKER am Seil zu fixieren benutzen Sie die Parkklemme
(Fig. 4.)
Um die Blockierung kurzzeitig zu öffnen und das Seil freizugeben,
ziehen Sie an einen eventuell in der entsprechenden Bohrung an-
gebrachten Karabiner (siehe Fig. 5).
Fig. 6 beschreibt die eventuelle Benutzung des LOCKER als
Rücklaufsperre in einem Flaschenzugsystem.

Durata di vita ed ispezioni
La durata di questo prodotto non è strettamente limitata dal
produttore. A secondo delle condizioni del prodotto e il suo utilizzo
potrebbe essere necessario il ritiro immediato (N.B. dopo una forte
caduta, evidenti segni di danneggiamento,...).
La durata di questo prodotto può essere influenzata da diversi
fattori quali: utilizzo frequente o improprio; ambiente d'utilizzo
(umidità, gelo, ghiaccio); usura; corrosione; estremo sforzo con
relativa deformazione; esposizione a fonti di calore; conservazione
impropria; etc.
Oltre le ispezioni eseguite direttamente dall'utilizzatore, il
prodotto deve essere controllato, al minimo una volta ogni 12
mesi, dal costruttore o da un'altra persona autorizzata dal
produttore seguendo le procedure del costruttore.
Punti di controllo sul prodotto (fig. A):
Parti metalliche: deformazione degli elementi laterali 1, 2 e delle
parti frenanti 3, 4; spigoli vivi.
Funzionalità: mobilità della chiusura superiore 4, funzionalità della
molla e dell'eccentrico di blocco 5, prova di bloccaggio.
Marcatura: leggibilità della marcatura sul prodotto.
Avvertenze:
Tutti i freni funzionanti in base al principio dell'attrito si riscaldano
durante l'uso.
In caso di caduta può avvenire un riscaldamento eccessivo, e quindi
si raccomanda di eseguire un ispezione sia del prodotto Locker, sia
della corda nel posto di contatto con quest´ultimo. Se avete
qualche dubbio sulle condizioni del prodotto, escluderlo dall'utilizzo
immediato.
Principi d'uso:
• posizionare l'ancoraggio del sistema anticaduta minimizzando la
possibilità della caduta, o almeno minimizzando la lunghezza della
caduta (per questo motivo l'ancoraggio dovrebbe essere posto
sopra la posizione dell'utilizzatore). Il punto dell'ancoraggio deve
soddisfare le condizioni della norma EN 795.
• il presupposto principale per un sicuro arresto della caduta è
assicurazione di un sufficiente spazio sotto la posizione
dell'utilizzatore; all'eliminazione di tutti ostacoli prendere in
considerazione la lunghezza della caduta, flessibilità della corda
o eventuale prolungazione.
• in caso di possibile caduta è necessario utilizzare un imbrago
intero.
• l'utilizzatore deve avere a disposizione, durante l'uso, un piano di
salvataggio in caso di un eventuale infortunio.
Uso
