3 Scope of supply
3.1 State when delivered
Casing with fitted heating elements, accessories pack
and storage bricks packed and delivered separately.
The accessories pack contains the following parts:
Rotary knob for charge intensity control
Fixing material for wall brackets, stabiliser and wall
connection strips
Cable ties
Comb connectors for mono-phase connection
The wall brackets lie on the expanded foam shells in
the equipment packaging.
Please check to see if everything has been delivered.
Please follow the instructions in the information sheet if
you need to claim for damage during shipment.
NOTE
Minor damage to the storage bricks will have no effect on
the operation of the equipment.
Please check that the floor is strong enough for the
weight of the equipment.
The floor where you will install the equipment must be
smooth and level. The equipment can be placed on any
normal floor, but, in the case of vinyl or parquet floors,
or floors with light carpets, the floor colour may be af-
fected in the area around the supporting feet, due to
the effect of pressure or heat. Wall or carpet strips that
touch the rear side of the equipment must be removed.
Shims (special accessories) must be used in these
cases:
if heat-sensitive floor coverings, that cannot reliably
withstand temperatures higher than 80°C, are pre-
sent
if it is anticipated that the supporting feet will sink
into the floor, preventing air exchange under the
storage heater.
The best place to position the storage heater is under a
window. If 2 storage heaters are set up next to each
other, make sure they are at least 200 mm apart.

Objects of all types must be at least 300 mm from the
air outlet guard. The same applies to long-pile carpets.

3.2 Mounting on wall
If off-floor installation is required or if it is likely that air
circulation under the storage heater will be obstructed,
2 types of bracket are available.
On the back of the device type A wall brackets are fit-
ted (see Fig. 5). These can be used for simple wall
mounting without base support.
ATTENTION!
Check that the wall has sufficient load-bearing capacity
to bear the weight of the device!
In the case of masonry with insufficient load-bearing
capacity or lightweight walls, wall/floor brackets WKO
18 (special accessory B) are required. (See Fig. 5)
