Transport
All the towers are easy to transport as
they are pre-assembled in two parts.
The sizes of the different parts are in the
outline and it is therefore possible to
transport them on normal trucks.
The body of the tower must always
travel in an upright position and the hat
horizontally as shown below. (Fig. 02).
Reception
When receiving the assembly, check
carefully that the load corresponds to
what was ordered so as to make sure
the delivery is complete.

Handling the machine
WARNING!
All the phases in movement and
raising must be carried out by skilled
personnel using equipment with the
requisite capacities.
The movement of the towers (loading,
unloading and the final positioning)
must always be carried out with the
maximum care and attention with the
use of appropriate equipment such as:
- Fork lift trucks
- Hoists on trucks

If a forklift truck with long forks is used,
the forks must be positioned in such a
way that:
- Centring is along the line of the item's
centre of gravity (Fig. 03).
- The ends of the forks protruded from
the piece (Fig. 03).
- Hoists on trucks
WARNING!
Do not stand or sit under suspended loads
during the operations
Whenever there is a need or in cases where
a hoist on a truck is used, the towers and
their components can also be raised using
wide belts (at least 8 cm). The positions for
the application of the belts are shown in

the figures shown below (Fig. 04):

Parameters and general considerations
The good functioning of the evaporating
tower also depends on compliance with
a number of general regulations that are
nonetheless fundamentally important
which should be complied with when
the machine is positioned and installed.
In short, these rules are the following:
- the cooling tower must always be
installed outside possibly in a well
aerated position and with a minimum
