Residual risks

Even when observing all of the safety instructions there are still some residual risks remaining,
for example: spirals can overturn (create a loop if the operating arc is too large) thereby creating
the risk of clamping. Spirals under tension can spring out of the pipe ~ a risk of injury!

Description of machine function

The machines operate according to the "sectional cable" principle, i.e. only those spirals or rods
that are necessary are interconnected. The motor output is transferred to the spiral/rod adaptor
via the clamping jaw set by operating the hand lever.
A four-stroke cycle engine with a rating of 4.8kW is used as the drive mechanism. The up-
streamed reverse gear unit enabled clockwise rotation, idling speed and counter clockwise rota-
tion. The individual throttle control allows a rotary speed of approx. 160 - 600 revolutions per mi-
nute.
Up to pipe diameter 250mm, you can use spirals with a diameter of Ø32mm with a max. length
up to 100m (optional Ø22 with separate clamping jaws, ref. 4.1).
Up to pipe diameter 150mm - 600mm, with max. length up to 140m, you can work with the lev-
erage unit by rod adapter (ref. 3.6). The assembly of the leverage unit will expand significantly
the working range.
