Never take a battery apart! Never recharge standard
batteries. Doing so will present a risk of explosion.
If not used for any length of time (e.g. when in
storage), remove the batteries to avoid damages
caused by leaking, etc.
Always replace all batteries in the device and use
batteries of the same type/from the same
manufacturer only.

Installation of the app

• Download the app "Eqiva Lock" from the iOS or An-
droid store and install the app on your smartphone.
• Follow the instructions in the app. You will receive
important information about pairing with your smart-
phone and about the installation of the Eqiva Lock.

with regular domestic waste! Instead, take
them to your local battery disposal point.
