Battery discharge
The VL 3100 needs electricity from the
vehicle for operation and is permanently
connected to the vehicle battery.
! It can drain the vehicle battery when
connected for extended periods of
time. We recommend to unplug the
VL 3100 from the OBD2 interface if
the vehicle is not used for an extended
period of time.
