6. Troubleshooting
There is no picture.
• Check if the direct connection of the HD source to the HD monitor is functioning.
• Check the connection order.
• Check if all plugs are correctly inserted.
• Check if the connection between the HD monitor and the HDMIAMP is exceeding a
length of 10 m. If so, use a shorter connection cable.
• Check the HDMI™ cables for damage.
Picture is displayed but there is no sound.
• Check if your connection cable supports audio transmission.
• HDCP will automatically lock the audio when an output on your VCR is connected.
The 1080p resolution is not available.
• Make sure the HD source and monitor both support the 1080p resolution.
