What to do
• Make sure the left earbud fits securely in your ear. You may need to try
a different size StayHear®+ Pulse tip.
• Clean the heart rate sensor on the left earbud.
• Close and relaunch the fitness app.
• Power the headphones off and on.
Securely attach the tips to the earbuds (see "Changing the StayHear
Pulse tips" on page 15.)
Contact Bose customer service for replacement tips (see "Customer
service" on page 27).
